Anyone hungry? In this episode, we discuss a popular subject among college students - FOOD!  Our guest this week is Glenn Loughridge and he's a man on a mission. Loughridge serves as Auburn University's Director of Campus Dining and Athletics Concessions. A native of Clearwater, Florida, Loughridge is a 1994 Auburn alumnus and is constantly seeking ways to creatively deliver local, fresh food to the campus community. He is known for his positive, can-do approach and for his delight in collaborating with faculty, students, staff, and food service providers to generate and act on an ever evolving set of possibilities. Glenn constantly takes the initiative to start new conversations and implement new projects that further the goal of providing the most sustainable, nutritious, and enjoyable dining experiences possible. And with food, comes innovation. From FOOD U initiatives to robots to athletics' new, faster concessions check-out system, Glenn has a plate full of radical transformations coming to Auburn dining.
